• 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
• 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 6 oz. orange gelatin
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup flaked coconut
• 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
• 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 6 oz. orange gelatin
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup flaked coconut
1. Mix topping and vanilla together.
2. Fold in cheese, oranges and pineapple.
3. Sprinkle dry gelatin over mixture.
4. Stir well.
5. Spoon into a 13"x9"x2" dish.
6. Combine pecans and coconut.
7. Sprinkle over salad.
8. Chill at least 6 hours.
