Banana Nut Bread

With its super-moist texture, buttery banana and honey flavors, and incredibly soft crumb, this banana nut bread recipe is to die for.


• 1/2 cup butter or margarine

• 3/4 cup honey

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 cup chopped pecans

• 3 crushed ripe bananas

• 2 cups whole wheat flour

• 3 tsp. baking powder


1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Cream butter and honey

3. Add eggs and mix well

4. Add bananas and mix well

5. Sift flour and baking powder together, then add to banana mixture

6. Add pecans.

7. Mix well

8. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour.
