We want you to know what to expect before you order. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is based on your merchandise total, making it easy to estimate your shipping cost before checkout. The following are our rates for orders in the United States.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for all shipments to street addresses & PO Boxes in the 48 contiguous states. We ship daily, during cooler weather months. Call us please if you need to verify shipping days. Large orders are shipped in the best way. The following are our rates for orders in the United States.

EXPRESS & EXPEDITED DELIVERY 

Express delivery options are available at checkout online or when placing a mail order by calling us toll-free at 1-800-874-1929 between 10 AM and 5 PM CT, Monday through Thursday. Available express services include Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select.

Important: Express shipping speeds up transit time after your order ships; it does not include weekend order processing.

Orders placed after 2 PM CT on Thursday, or anytime Friday through Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Our shipping department is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

If you select an express service after the Thursday 2 PM cutoff, your order will be processed on Monday, and the selected express delivery timeframe will begin once the carrier receives your package.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering as early as possible and allowing adequate time for order processing and carrier transit.

MILITARY APO/FPO, P.O BOXES, OR HAWAII/ALASKA

If you’re shipping to Military APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or P.O. Box addresses, or if you prefer to use the United States Postal Service, please place your order by phone. Call us Toll-Free: 1-800-874-1929 from 9 am to 5 pm CST Monday through Friday.

SUMMER SHIPPING NOTICE

Due to extreme summer temperatures, J.W. Renfroe Pecan Company ships orders Monday through Thursday only, to help preserve the quality and freshness of your gourmet treats. The cut-off time for orders to be shipped out same day is 2:00 PM.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Renfroe Pecan Company cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Please be sure that the shipping addresses you provide us are current and complete to ensure smooth delivery.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary. Substitutions for chocolate will be made during hot weather months. Gift tins may vary in design.

GIFT MESSAGE

We will be happy to include a personalized message on the packing slip. We do have enclosure cards if you prefer.
