• 3 oz. lime or lemon gelatin
• 3/4 cup hot water
• 1 cup ginger-ale
• 3/4 cup diced celery
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 6 stuffed olives, sliced
• 2 cups peeled & chopped apples
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and allow to cool
2. Add ginger-ale and allow to set slightly
3. When congealing begins, add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 qt. casserole dish
4.Chill until firm and serve over lettuce leaves
