Sharing Gratitude This Holiday Season

2025 has been a very eventful year. With the loss of our leader, Dee Renfroe, we’ve found ourselves navigating a new chapter, one that has required strength, unity, and a renewed sense of purpose. I am extraordinarily thankful for the love and guidance of my wife, Tammy. Our leadership team, directed by Dona Bouchard, along with our many talented staff members, has been a true godsend. There are not enough “thanks” in the world to fully express my appreciation for these remarkable people.

I also want to humbly honor my family, who laid the foundation for this business and shaped the legacy we continue today—my granddad, dad, Dee, Jake, Greg Hamil, and Geoff Hamill. Their dedication and vision continue to guide us.

Most of all, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our wonderful customers, and to all those who have yet to meet us but are destined to become part of our story. Thank you for being the heart of the J.W. Renfroe Pecan Company.
