Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 cup Bourbon
- 1 tsp Banilla Extract
- 9' Pie Shell Unbaked
- Whipped Cream To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs on high speed in a small bowl or electric mixer until light and lemon-colored.
- Gradually beat in sugar.
- Reduce speed to low.
- Add flour and cooled melted butter.
- Mix thoroughly until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, bourbon, and vanilla.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
