• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 4-1/2 oz. can chopped ripe olives, well drained
• 1 tbsp. minced chives
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

1. Blend cheeses and butter
2. Add olives and chives
3. Chill and shape into a ball
4. Sprinkle with pecans
5. Serve with assorted crackers
