30-Minutes Chocolate Cake
A quick chocolate cake recipe that only takes 30 minutes. When you need a great cake FAST! You frost while hot in the pan saving time! Great for potlucks and bake sales when you need a cake now.

Ingredients
Cake
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 16 tbsp Margarine or Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Icing
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1 lb Confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Mix together flour, sugar and salt in a bowl

Heat margarine, cocoa and water together and add to flour mixture

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Pour into an 11"x14" casserole dish

Bake for 20 minutes
