• 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

• 6 tbsp. milk
• 1 lb. confectioners' sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped pecans
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Mix together flour, sugar and salt in a bowl
3.Heat margarine, cocoa and water together and add to flour mixture
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
5. Pour into an 11"x14" casserole dish
6. Bake for 20 minutes
7. Don't over-bake
