Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat egg whites. Add sugar and salt gradually. Beat until stiff. Add pecans and chocolate. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
- Place in oven and turn off heat. Leave overnight, or until cool.
