• 12 large mushrooms

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. salt

1. Wash mushrooms. Remove and chop stems.
2. Sauté onion in butter. Add chopped stems, pecans, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt.
3. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
4. Broil for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
