1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Lightly grease and flour a 9"×13" baking dish.
3. Stir together sugars, eggs and oil until smooth. Stir in flour and vanilla. Add pecans and stir until evenly mixed.
4. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
