1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
3. In a separate bowl, blend together eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture until well blended (don't over mix - it should be lumpy). Stir in raisins and pecans.
4. Spread batter into a spring-form pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until it starts to brown. Allow to cool in pan. Cut into wedges.
