1. Combine sugars, corn syrup and milk in a saucepan. Cook to soft ball stage (234°F), stirring only until sugar dissolves. Cool at room temperature, stirring until lukewarm (110°F).
2. Beat until mixture holds its shape, then knead until firm.
3. Shape into two 1-1/2" rolls. Roll in pecans, pressing firmly into candy. Chill and slice 1/2" thick.
