Chocolate Streusel Bread

You'll be raving about this unique chocolate streusel bread recipe! It has the perfect amount of chocolate and flaky goodness. You'll love it paired with your morning coffee or with your favorite dessert wine in the evening.


Ingredients for Bread

• 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 cup Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1/4 cup almond milk

• 1/4 cup olive oil

• 2 tsp. baking powder

• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

• 1 egg

Ingredients for Streusel

• 1/2 cup pecans

• 1/4 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut

• 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

• 1 tbsp. hemp seeds

• 1 tsp. cinnamon

• 2 tbsp. brown sugar


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and egg. Add flour and baking powder. Blend well.

3. Spread half of batter in a greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of streusel. Repeat with remaining batter and streusel. Sprinkle hemp seeds over streusel.

4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool completely before removing from pan.

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
