• 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 2-1/2 cups fine vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Melt the chocolate with the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat.
2. Add vanilla wafer crumbs, confectioners' sugar, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Shape into logs 1-1/2" long and 1/2" in diameter. Roll logs in more finely chopped pecans or confectioners' sugar (or a mixture of both). Chill for 1 hour.
