Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter or Margarine
- ¾ cup Honey
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Pecans Chopped
- 3 Ripe Bananas Crushed
- 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and honey.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add bananas and mix well.
- Sift flour and baking powder together, then add to banana mixture.
- Add pecans.
- Mix well.
- Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour.
